In front of the temple, there is a stone flagpole (Dwajasthambam) with carvings of Anjaneya (Hanuman), Garuda, and the conch and disc symbols. The entrance is through a gateway on the east side. The temple also has a well-maintained cow shelter (Goshala) next to it.
