Mallikarjuna Temple

This temple is the 268th Devaram Paadal Petra Shiva Sthalam and the first sthalam of Vada Nadu. It was historically known by several names, including Thiruparupatha, Srisailam, Mallikarjuna Puram, and Sriparpatham. The temple is one of the Three Jyotirlinga temples and holds significant importance as a Sakthi Peetam. It is also renowned for the hymns sung by the Moovar (the trio of Tamil Saivite saints) as part of the Thevaram.

Jalanatheeswarar Temple

The place, originally known as Thiruvooral during the 7th century, is now referred to as Thakkolam. The temple is situated on the banks of the Kusithalai River, also known as the Kosasthalaiyar River. It is believed that water used to flow through the mouth of the Rishabam (the Nandi) and into the sanctum near the Moolavar, which led to the location being named Thiruvooral.

Kedareswarar Temple

Kedarnath Mandir is an ancient and revered Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Located in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, it is situated at an altitude of 3,583 meters (11,755 feet) above sea level in the Garhwal Himalayan range. The temple stands near the origin of the Mandakini River, amidst breathtaking mountain peaks covered with snow.

Maha Kaleswarar Temple

Irumbai, previously known as Irumbai Mahalam, is mentioned in the Thevara hymns and is recognized as the 32nd and final Thevara Paadal Petra Shiva Sthalam of Thondai Nadu. Shiva is said to have given darshan at three Mahalam locations: Ujjain in the north, Ambar Mahalam in the south, and Irumbai Mahalam, situated centrally among the three.

Padampakkanathar Temple

In addition to the Moovars, several saints, including Maharishis, Vallalar, Pattinathar, and many others, have also praised Lord Shiva of this temple.

Vaacheeswarar Temple

This is the 16th Paadal Petra Shiva Sthalam in Thondai Nadu. According to the Periya Puranam, Sekkizhar recounts that after witnessing Lord Shiva's Urdhva Tandava darshan at Thiruvalangadu, Thirugnanasambandar, accompanied by his disciples, arrived at Thirupachur. They were warmly received by the local devotees and the followers of Thirugnanasambandar.

Vedapureeswarar Temple

This temple is the 155th Thevara Paadal Petra Shiva Sthalam and the 38th Sthalam located on the northern side of the Kaveri River in Chozha Nadu. In ancient times, it was known as Santhanaranyam, renowned for its sandalwood trees.

Gnanapureeswarar Temple

During the 6th to 7th century, this place was known as Idaichuram, a name which later evolved into the present-day Thiruvadisoolam. It is the 27th Devaram Paadal Petra Shiva Sthalam of Thondai Nadu, located near Chengalpattu.
